Viewing Monthly View Items

Depending on the features enabled for your organization unit and your assigned authorization roles and data access, you may have the ability to view more details about transactions and vacancies. These items and how you interact with them will be discussed more as you progress through this guide.

Tooltips

When you rest on a transaction, some details may appear in a tooltip.

Schedule and Clocking Details

Again depending on your roles and data access, you may have options available to you when you click an existing schedule, as shown in the following image. When you click an existing clocking, the clocking record screen appears.

These options direct you away from the Monthly View screen to the appropriate screens, which look like the standard screens that you are familiar with.
